The company's purpose is to provide services, in Switzerland and abroad, notably in the fields of personnel management and provision, administrative and operational management of human resources, organization and support for service activities for individuals, companies or communities, as well as the management, operation, maintenance and provision of service vehicles and fleets. The company also aims to maintain, maintain, operate and manage real estate, infrastructure and outdoor spaces, including gardens and landscaping, for its own account or for third parties, as well as all related or complementary services. The company may grant loans or any other form of financing, including participating in cash management operations (cash pooling), to shareholders, companies in the same group or third parties, as well as constitute securities of all kinds, directly or indirectly for the benefit of shareholders, companies in the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities over the company's assets. The company may also carry out all operations that directly or indirectly relate to its corporate purpose or that promote or facilitate its development. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
