The company's purpose is to provide all services and consulting, particularly in the fields of trademarks and markets, intellectual property, anti-counterfeiting and illicit trade, as well as all activities directly or indirectly related thereto, in Switzerland and abroad. The company may: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if it serves its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs; carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs.
