The purpose of the company is to hold and manage participations and related services, as well as to provide consulting and services to institutional and private investors. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire, manage and sell patents, licenses, real estate and securities. The company may change its purpose at any time by resolution of the general meeting, which must be approved by at least two-thirds of the votes represented and an absolute majority of the represented nominal values of the shares, subject to a corresponding amendment to the articles of association.
