The association has the ideal purpose of promoting holistic health, prevention, fitness, lifestyle, healthy nutrition and recreation of people internationally, thereby supporting them in leading a healthy and balanced life. Through a variety of activities such as workshops, seminars, sports events, nutritional counseling and relaxation techniques, members are encouraged to improve their physical and mental health. The association strives to create awareness of the importance of prevention and a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent diseases and increase well-being.
