The management of a shipping and international transport company. National and international removals and transports. The company may perform any ancillary operation to the shipping and transport mandate, such as insuring the transported goods in its own name and on behalf of the client, issuing documents representing the goods received in possession, collecting payments on behalf of the client, purchasing or selling the goods, subject of shipping or transport, in its own name but on behalf of the client, and managing customs operations. The company is authorized to acquire participations in other companies both in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to open branches, detachments and commercial delegations both in Switzerland and abroad.
