The company's purpose is to operate public establishments, as well as all activities in the fields of food, catering, hospitality and events. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a purpose identical or similar to its own, carry out all economic, industrial, financial, movable and immovable operations, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts intended to develop the company's purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
