The Company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of real estate serving as a permanent establishment for trading, operating a factory or exercising any other industry in commercial form, as well as for exercising a craft or liberal profession, within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 2 LFAIE. The Company also has the purpose of investing, taking and managing (acquiring, holding and disposing of) participations in Swiss or foreign companies, it being specified that the Company may only hold participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland if they have an exclusively commercial purpose. The Company may carry out all commercial, financial and securities transactions and conclude all contracts having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development. It may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also grant loans or any other form of financing to affiliated companies, as well as provide any type of security, for the direct or indirect benefit of affiliated companies (or third parties), in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or fiduciary transfers of the Company's assets.
