Within the framework of a holding company, the company may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations aimed at promoting the company's purpose and interests. It may also carry out all financial and real estate operations, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as grant loans to its shareholders or subsidiaries.
