The association pursues the ideal goal of promoting, researching and preserving traditional customs and conveying a comprehensive understanding of self-sufficiency. The association focuses on activities such as hunting, alternative livestock farming and the cultivation of fruits and vegetables. In addition to promoting sustainable food production, the association places great emphasis on the preservation of food processing. To achieve these goals, the association organizes courses and training sessions on topics such as alternative hunting methods, species-appropriate animal husbandry, meat processing and food production. Furthermore, regular meetings with like-minded individuals from home and abroad are organized to promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences and to cultivate common interests.
