The company's purpose is civil engineering, renovation and construction of buildings, as well as the acquisition of all real estate, except for all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, - guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
