The Company's purpose is to engage in engineering and management activities in the field of industrial plant engineering, particularly in the chemical plant, Oil&Gas (upstream) and refining (downstream) sectors. The engineering activities are developed in terms of feasibility studies, basic engineering, detailed design, technical and/or economic evaluations, research and consulting. The management activities concern the executive coordination and support for procurement, installation and operation, commissioning, start-up and test-run of plants. Furthermore, the company may carry out any financial, commercial, real estate and mobile transactions, exercise related industries and trades, and in any case carry out any activity that directly or indirectly relates to the company's purpose, as well as provide guarantees, warranties and sureties in favor of third parties. The Company may also promote the establishment or acquire, directly or indirectly, shares or participations in other companies, consortia and entities in general, in Switzerland and abroad, all in a instrumental and non-prevailing manner compared to the activities that constitute the company's purpose. The Company may also carry out all activities necessary or useful for the realization of the company's purpose, within the limits and in compliance with the regulations governing its exercise. To achieve the aforementioned purposes, the company may establish branches and/or subsidiaries and/or affiliates both in Switzerland and abroad.
