The purpose of the company is to hold, on its own account, participations and interests in other companies and entities of any type and object, with the possibility of directly or indirectly financing group companies or third-party companies in Switzerland and abroad, also providing for their rental and sale. The company may also carry out public relations activities on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties, including promotion, marketing, advertising on traditional and interactive media, data processing, market research and statistical analysis, as well as training activities in any field. The company may also carry out activities of granting loans, guarantees, including mortgages, sureties and guarantees, also in favor of third parties, excluding, however, the exercise of banking and insurance activities. The company may also acquire, enhance, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, on its own account, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with the applicable regulations, with particular reference to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Land by Foreigners (LAFE), including the construction, restructuring and restoration of real estate and construction works in general.
