The purchase, sale and development, either on its own or in collaboration with third parties, of intellectual property in the broadest sense, with particular reference to air purification techniques, as well as the commercial exploitation of said intellectual property through the granting of exploitation licenses. The company may carry out all those commercial, industrial and real estate operations, within the limits imposed by current legislation (funds for business establishments, art. 2 para. 2 let. a LAFE), deemed necessary or even only opportune for the achievement of the company's purpose, including participation in other companies or the establishment of branches in Switzerland or abroad.
