The company's purpose is to hold and manage participations and investments, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as any financial, commercial or industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may grant loans, with or without collateral, to its shareholders or related parties, including companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, or provide them with financial support in the form of collateral of any kind to secure obligations of these shareholders or related parties, in both cases with or without consideration.
