The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all other activities of any nature, in particular financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable, convergent activities, with the exception of properties subject to the LFAIE, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may also create branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may also participate in any company, acquire or pay fees and commissions, negotiate and execute various contracts or commissions in different countries.
