The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale and ongoing management of properties and apartments, on its own account or on behalf of third parties. The company may grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, guarantee loans taken out by its shareholders or third parties, provide guarantees for these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge its assets to secure any claim. In addition, it may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose or merge with such companies.
