The company's purpose is the design and operation of video games as well as the acquisition and management of participations in companies of all kinds, in particular industrial, commercial and financial companies, in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The Company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, process these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders of subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if it is in its interest or in the interest of the group of companies to which it belongs; acquire, develop, manage and operate patents, trademarks, licenses and intellectual property rights.
