The purpose of the association is to develop, promote and provide open-source software for various applications of decentralized technologies. The association can raise funds, enter into contracts and take all other appropriate and lawful measures to achieve the aforementioned purpose. The association does not pursue any profit. It may hold participations in other companies, projects and organizations as well as acquire, utilize, manage and dispose of tokens, real estate, intellectual property rights and other assets. The association may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and carry out all other actions that are related to its purpose or suitable to promote its development.
