The association has the following purpose: Establishing and ensuring a high quality of treatment for malignant skin tumors; Promoting interdisciplinary, integrated care for patients with skin tumors, regardless of their insurance status; Conducting clinical trials; Providing continuing education for all medical professions on the topic of skin tumors; Establishing and maintaining a patient registry for those suffering from skin tumors; Coordinating public relations; and, if necessary, concluding contracts with payers and third parties. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit.
