The company's purpose is: the operation of high-performance computer infrastructures for data processing, including the mining of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions, as well as the provision of services in the fields of high-performance computing, server hosting, and associated energy management. It can develop, acquire, build, and operate renewable energy production facilities, notably photovoltaic, with the aim of powering its own systems or providing energy to third parties. The company can implement systems for the valorization of waste heat from its infrastructures (heat recovery) for energy efficiency or thermal redistribution purposes. It can also provide consulting services in the fields of information technology, energy efficiency, cryptocurrencies, and digital investments. All activities in the real estate sector, in particular, the purchase, sale, rental, management, administration, and promotion of real estate, for its own account or for technical, energy, or operational purposes related to the aforementioned activities, in compliance with the applicable legal provisions (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE).
