To this end, the company may undertake all commercial, financial, and artisanal operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees to its associates and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates or third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
