The company's purpose is to create, manage and develop one or more childcare structures (preschool or school-age) of a family or non-family type for the daytime care of children. The company may, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE): - carry out, in Switzerland and abroad, any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it promotes its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs. The company's purpose is non-profit. Any profits are not distributed to the associates; they are exclusively used to consolidate the company and are reinvested.
