The company's purpose is the rental of vehicles, the import, export, purchase and sale of vehicles, all products and accessories in the automotive field, the organization of automotive events as well as all activities in the automotive sector. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches abroad or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
