Purpose of the branch: the activity of construction, restoration, buying and selling and management of civil and industrial real estate; the installation and processing of aluminum, glass, flooring, metal carpentry, continuous and ventilated facades, and everything related and complementary to the above; the assembly of pipes, electrical systems, building constructions, and everything related and complementary to the above; the execution on its own and on behalf of third parties, with the possibility of subcontracting to third parties construction, industrial and road works, as well as maritime, road, bridge, aqueduct, gas pipeline, sewerage and reclamation works, concrete structures, masonry, also in tuff, plastering and partitioning, as well as the supply and installation of water, electrical, sewage and telephone systems, video intercom and heating systems of any kind, carpentry works and all related and similar works; the realization of low, medium and high voltage power lines with related works; construction and restoration in the building, road and industrial sectors, earthmoving, demolition and excavation works, the execution of painting, varnishing and waterproofing works of any type in the aforementioned fields, as well as any other activity connected to the aforementioned ones; drilling, perforation and piling works; the activity of plant engineering in general. The Company may also carry out any other activity that is strictly connected and related to those listed above, as well as carry out all commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations that will be deemed necessary or useful for the achievement of the social purposes, as well as, occasionally, financial activity strictly connected or instrumental to the achievement of its purpose, excluding any professional financial activity in the technical sense and towards the public. The Company, for the achievement of its purposes, may also directly or indirectly acquire interests, shares or participations in other companies or enterprises having an analogous, related or connected object to its own, but always in compliance with the legislative provisions and, therefore, not for the purpose of placement, excluding any fiduciary activity. The Company may participate in consortia and groupings of companies, and establish, also abroad, affiliated, connected or dependent companies. The Company, for the achievement of the social object, may resort to any type of financing with credit institutions, banks, companies and private individuals, granting all the necessary guarantees, movable and immovable, real and personal. The exercise of mediation activities, the granting of consumer credit, even within the scope of its members, financial brokerage activities, the solicitation of public savings and the exercise towards the public of the activities referred to in Article 106, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 1 September 1993, n. 385, and any other activity, even professional, that is reserved by law or regulation, is strictly precluded to the Company.
