The company's purpose is any activity related to the restaurant industry, in particular the operation of restaurants and similar establishments, home delivery, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable operations, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests. It may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts intended to develop its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
