In Switzerland and abroad, the operation of public establishments such as cafes, hotels, restaurants, snack bars, coffee bars, tea rooms or similar enterprises, the acquisition of participations in all businesses or companies pursuing analogous goals, as well as all activities related to communication, events and catering services. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its associates and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its associates.
