The company's purpose is the operation of a civil engineering office, and all related activities, including structural activities and work supervision, as well as all direct or indirect commercial and financial operations related to the main purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial, or industrial operations, both movable and immovable, participate in all enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties if it serves its interests. It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, take stakes in other companies, acquire or create similar or related businesses, undertake all affairs, and conclude all contracts conducive to developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate, and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE).
