Creation and promotion of learning and study opportunities where learning takes place in an interdisciplinary manner, and learning and working methods depend on the questions asked and the individuals asking them. Learning considers the diverse personal and professional experiences of the learners, and analytical-rational thinking and intuitive-artistic understanding are equally promoted. Whenever possible, real problems with their complex interconnections and relationships are at the center of learning, and the search for practical and future-oriented answers to real questions and problems is of great importance. This purpose fills gaps in the public education system and complements it while maintaining the qualitative requirements of the public education system. To fulfill this purpose, the organization offers interdisciplinary training programs at the level of a university of applied sciences or a university, which are carried out alone or in cooperation with recognized universities or other equivalent educational institutions in Switzerland and abroad.
