Use of interest as scholarships to benefit the daughters of underprivileged citizens of Glarus, to provide them with any support in their training for their chosen profession, whether practical or otherwise. This should also secure the opportunity for underprivileged girls who show outstanding talent in school to attend a university and pursue a learned profession. If the interest is not used for the education of daughters of underprivileged citizens of Glarus due to a lack of applications, sons of underprivileged citizens of Glarus should also be eligible for these scholarships. The parents must be citizens of the municipality of Glarus.
