The company's purpose is: to hold participations in Swiss and foreign companies, as well as to invest in securities (notably shares and bonds) and portfolios of securities, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE; all real estate transactions, in Switzerland and abroad, such as acquisition, sale, holding, rental, development of properties and all advice related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; providing tax advice. The company may also: carry out all financial, commercial or industrial activities, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
