To this end, the company carries out, directly or indirectly, all commercial and financial operations in direct or indirect connection with its corporate purpose or likely to promote its realization. The company may, directly or indirectly, take an interest in all matters or enterprises in the field of real estate and take participations in Switzerland or abroad. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form whatsoever, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad.
