The "empathia" Foundation pursues exclusively and directly charitable and ideological purposes. empathia empowers people to shape a society where values are consciously lived. It makes humanity consciously tangible in all areas of society and creates real connections between people. The Foundation supports people, organizations, and projects to promote sustainable impact for more humanity. To this end, it develops and implements its own formats and programs such as (this list is not exhaustive): dialogue spaces for real encounters, artistic-cultural interventions for awareness raising, participatory development processes with organizations, learning journeys for holistic leadership and social transformation, value-based project management for purpose-oriented implementation of ideas. The Foundation can initiate, promote, or itself carry out actions, programs, and projects, in particular in the following areas: education, research & development, art & culture, politics & economy, health & social affairs. Beneficiaries are natural and legal persons, in particular: non-profit organizations, educational institutions, start-up companies, associations and business organizations, economically weaker industries. The Foundation is active throughout Switzerland and can also support international projects. The Foundation is authorized to acquire, manage, lease, or sell real estate and land, provided that these measures serve the fulfillment of the Foundation's purpose. It can also engage in economic activities, provided that these do not impair the charitable character and are in accordance with legal requirements.
