The cooperative aims to provide its members with economic benefits in the field of wood processing and treatment through joint self-help, the manufacture of, the application of and the trade in building products and machines, as well as services for the construction industry in the areas of parquet, wood and wood treatment. In particular, the cooperative shall enable its members to access the market in a economically advantageous way through a jointly organized purchase of raw, semi-finished and finished products, both domestically and abroad, and to provide them with the acquired goods and/or services at a price advantage. The cooperative may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that are connected with or suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative. The cooperative may also offer its activities to third parties and organizations. The cooperative promotes the exchange of information among its members. It may join or support organizations and actions with which it feels ideologically connected. The cooperative may acquire or sell real estate or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. The sale of real estate or parts thereof is also permitted. In this case, the members of the cooperative must be given the opportunity to acquire real estate or apartments at the production costs, taking into account all costs and expenses. Admission as a member requires a written declaration of accession and a decision of the board of directors. The board of directors makes the final decision on admission and may refuse it without giving reasons. An appeal to the general meeting is reserved.
