The company may acquire, encumber, dispose of, utilize, and manage real property both domestically and abroad, with the exception of real estate transactions that are prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). It may also provide financing for its own account and for the account of others, as well as provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
