The provision of all advice, services and performances, as well as the exercise of all activities in the field of international trade in crude oil and petroleum products, coal, gas, renewable and alternative energies, electricity, metals and all other petrochemical or agricultural raw materials. To this end, the Company may provide administrative services and participate in industrial and commercial enterprises. It may also participate in the financing, in particular by providing guarantees and securities of all kinds, of other entities of the group to which the Company belongs in the interest of the said group, and establish branches or found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purpose.
