The company's purpose is to operate a technical design office in the field of construction, to carry out all carpentry, joinery, roofing, construction and renovation work, particularly in wood, as well as project management. The company may also: carry out, for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto; acquire all real estate for use as a permanent establishment to the extent permitted by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), alienate them and encumber them with all real estate security interests; create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; have an interest, in any form, in all similar enterprises; and grant loans to partners or to third parties.
