The company may conclude transactions with or for the benefit of affiliated companies, in particular its direct or indirect shareholders and other group companies, even without adequate consideration. It may grant loans to group companies or provide security for their obligations. The company may engage in any other activity that is directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purposes.
