The company's purpose, except for all real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is: a) the trade and rental of automobiles, mainly luxury cars; b) all activities in the real estate sector, in particular the purchase, sale, promotion, construction of real estate, technical supervision of buildings, assistance to the project owner, as well as the development of land and buildings; c) the rental and management of buildings; the establishment of real estate expertise. The company may in particular: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or found them; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
