To achieve its social purpose and with the agreement of the European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR), the company may carry out all commercial, financial, and industrial operations that may favor or facilitate, directly or indirectly, its development and the achievement of its social purpose. The company may, in particular, take participations in similar companies in Switzerland or abroad and create branches. 3. The company operates as a pure service company providing its services exclusively to the European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR). 4.
