The purpose of the company is to conduct financial transactions of all kinds, including loans, securities and derivatives products, but without being subject to the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The company may enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company, or that are directly or indirectly related to it, establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, and participate in or merge with other companies. It may also acquire, hold, rent and sell real estate and properties. Furthermore, it may provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as grant guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
