Equitas Foundation

The main purpose of the foundation is to facilitate the development, issuance and use of the Equi-Token and to promote the development of the Equitas platform. Furthermore, the foundation will issue the Equi-Token, hold the Equitas platform and conclude licensing agreements regarding certain elements of the Equitas platform, in accordance with Article 11 of the statutes. The foundation is non-profit and does not pursue any commercial purposes. With regard to the non-reinvested returns, the foundation aims to use them for charitable purposes (in the fields of education, research, health, poverty alleviation, social services, culture and environment).
