The foundation awards recognition and assistance scholarships. It supports young citizens of the municipality of Kemmental who, at the time of support, reside in the area of the political municipality of Kemmental and provide one of the following points in a written application: successful completion of vocational training, training under the age of 22, second training under the age of 25; attendance of a vocational apprenticeship, a part-time school, a secondary school or a higher technical school with the confirmation of a scholarship decision by the canton of Thurgau before the age of 25; completion of a part-time school, a secondary school or a higher technical school before the age of 25. The foundation can also provide services for cultural, social and school events and activities in the area of the political municipality of Kemmental.
