The manufacture, processing, trade and packaging, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, of pharmaceutical, biological, chemical and aromatic products, food supplements and medical devices; b. The company may also grant loans or other financing, on an onerous or gratuitous basis, to its direct or indirect parent companies and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and provide securities of any kind for the commitments of these group companies, including guarantees, pledges and fiduciary transfers of the company's assets.
