The company's purpose is to acquire, hold and manage participations in all types of companies, whether in Switzerland or abroad, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad; it may assume participations in all enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans, in particular to associates, acquire or create similar or related businesses and perform all functions that are intended to develop the company's purpose or have a direct or indirect connection with its object, as well as all financial and real estate transactions related thereto, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
