The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
