The assets and income of the foundation (the interest income from bank accounts, the rental income from the two apartments and the office in house number 156, as well as the lease income from the various plots of land) shall primarily serve the maintenance and renovation of the house and garden at Via da Mez No. 156 in 7742 Poschiavo. The remaining balance from these revenues is to be made available to the Reformed Evangelical Church Community of Poschiavo.
