To voluntarily collect cash or in-kind donations and hand them over to charitable organizations whose mission is to support disadvantaged populations by providing services, equipment, materials, supplies and support of all kinds to enable these populations to live with dignity; to provide logistics and organize the distribution of the aforementioned donations (cf. statutes for full purpose).
