Except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), the company's purpose is: the acquisition, holding, management and participation in any type of company, including all services, mandates, advice and related activities; all advice on asset structuring; the exercise of all activities in the real estate sector, in particular real estate development, holding and management of real estate, sale and purchase of real estate, including all services, advice and related activities; granting loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests. As a secondary purpose, the company may also, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE): engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries.
