The company also pursues its corporate purpose by being able to remotely control movable and immovable assets; such control is exercised through data relating to the use of the same and their owners, subject to authorization. The company may acquire, hold and manage participations in commercial, financial and industrial enterprises with their registered office in Switzerland and abroad. The company may open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad; represent third parties, carry out activities and conclude agreements aimed at promoting the company's purpose, or which are directly or indirectly related to it.
