Familien-Stiftung Franz Murer-Murer, Beckenried

The foundation aims to provide care for the male descendants of the founder Franz Murer-Murer, Beckenried, in the sense of Article 335, Paragraph 1 of the Swiss Civil Code. The foundation may support the male descendants in cases of need, such as illness, disability, unemployment, or other emergencies. The male descendants are also permitted to enter and use the buildings on the properties for the purpose of preserving assets and performing maintenance work. As male descendants within the meaning of the statutes, all descendants of the founder are considered whose fathers are also descendants of the founder and his sons.
